We have initially selected the most trusted and popular Wilcoxon sensors, cables, and accessories to be part of the Monitoring Essentials™ group of products that are guaranteed to be in stock at the time of order. The guarantee is also backed with a 5% discount if the Monitoring Essentials™ items are not in-stock at the time of order.

The Guaranteed In-Stock program is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Wilcoxon’s Guaranteed In-Stock program applies only to select standard Wilcoxon products which are designated as “Monitoring Essentials” and excludes all special, private label, custom or configured products and other standard products which are not designated as Monitoring Essentials™.

The Guaranteed In-Stock program applies to a maximum of 10 units per Monitoring Essentials™ part number shipped in a 30 day period.  Quantities over 10 units per part number are not subject to a discount.  If higher quantities of Monitoring Essentials™ items are needed Wilcoxon customer service representatives will provide the best possible availability to meet customer needs. Our goal is complete satisfaction including quality, performance, and delivery.

All Guaranteed In-Stock orders will ship the next business day after order acknowledgement by Wilcoxon customer service representatives, providing all applicable credit approval, export authorization and/or documentation, compliance with applicable Government regulations, quality and/or contractual requirements, and customer account information is satisfied.  The next business day is based upon United States Eastern Time and excludes weekends and holidays.  The decision of shipping methods is the choice of the customer and all standard or expedited shipping fees are charged to the customer.  Wilcoxon is not responsible for freight charges of late orders.

The Guaranteed In-Stock program does not apply to International drop shipments.

Purchase orders for items included in the Monitoring Essentials™ group of products are not automatically shipped the next day.  Customers must reference the Guaranteed In-Stock program for next day shipping.  Purchase orders with both Monitoring Essentials™ products and other items are not subject to a shipment guarantee unless a partial shipment is specifically requested by the customer. 

Wilcoxon standard terms and conditions apply to all sales and discounts of all Monitoring Essentials™ under the Guaranteed In-Stock program.  

Wilcoxon reserves the right to modify or terminate the Guaranteed In-Stock program and Monitoring Essentials™ part numbers at will and without prior notice. If a Monitoring Essentials™ item does become obsolete or unavailable for any reason Wilcoxon reserves the right to substitute an equal or superior product to fulfill customer requirements.

The Guaranteed In-Stock program cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, discounts or pricing agreements. Any discount provided by this program must be taken from Wilcoxon’s Standard Price List.  The customer pays all shipping costs associated with Guaranteed In-Stock orders.
