4-20 mA converter

Wilcoxon Research’s 4-20 mA converter is ideal for Simplified Condition Based Maintenance (SCBM™).  Download this straightforward Microsoft Excel file and use it to convert the vibration sensor’s 4-20 mA output to traditional English or metric engineering units for acceleration, velocity, and displacement.  Then, compare the sensor output to ISO 10816 vibration severity levels.

All you have to do is input the sensor model and mA reading, and the type of machine in the blue fields, and the converter does the rest:

The converter outputs the vibration level in terms of acceleration, velocity or displacement and graphs the output to provide you with a clear picture of the severity of the vibration levels:

Use the Simplified Condition Based Maintenance™ 4-20 mA converter to look beyond the trend and ensure machinery is operating at safe vibration levels.
