Accelerometer and temperature sensor, general purpose accelerometer sensitivity 100 mV/g, temperature sensitivity 10 mV/K, top exit 3-pin MIL-C-5015-style connector, case isolated
Dual-output accelerometer and temperature sensors measure both vibration and temperature, providing more data from one sensor to simplifying your condition monitoring setup. Dual-output sensors are useful in applications such as paper machines, where users want to know the temperature at the mounting locations in the dryer section.
Temperature is measured by an integrated circuit chip that produces a DC output voltage signal. The signal changes by 10 millivolts per degree Kelvin. A one degree Kelvin change is the same as a one degree Celsius change; the only difference between them is in the reference temperature, where 0º Celsius is 273º Kelvin. As an example, at a temperature of 300ºK (27ºC) the DC temperature signal would be 3.00 Volts DC.
