Wilcoxon's versatile PCD100 and PCD200 digital panel meters are widely used in a variety of process monitoring applications. They accept one or two common process inputs, including 4-20mA vibration sensors and transmitters, and provide a localized display of sensor data.
Two alarm points with front-panel red LEDs indicate alarm conditions, making them particularly useful for applications requiring visual-only indication. Two alarm relays can be used for process control applications.
Panel meters operate off AC or DC power options: 85 VAC to 265 VAC or 12 VDC to 36 VDC, and can provide 24 VDC to power the sensor or transmitter’s 4-20 mA signal.
Process displays can be field programmed via the external button contacts on the front of the panel meter, or they can be programmed remotely with included PC-based software.
The PCD100 series are versatile, field-programmable digital panel meters that accept voltages from 1 V to 5 V or ±10 V, currents from 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA, 100 Ω RTDs, and the four most common thermocouples. An optional 4-20 mA output provides isolated retransmission of the temperature input signal.
The PCD200 series are dual-input, field-programmable digital panel meters that accept two common process monitoring inputs, including voltages from 1 V to 5 V or ±10 V, and currents from 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA. The customizable local process display and advanced math functions make it easy to get specific, actionable data in real time.
