Digitize up to four installed analog accelerometers or specialty sensors for simplified integration into machine control systems.
VDS100 series features
- Selectable output: OPC UA (VDS120) or MQTT (VDS130)
- Accepts and digitizes input from 4 IEPE accelerometers and 1 RPM tachometer
- Transforms data from analog sensors that are not current available as digital sensors: high frequency, low frequency, high temperature, voltage isolation, hazardous location certified, and more
- vibration spectrum and FFT data up to 40 kHz, calculated vibration metrics: acceleration, velocity, displacement, ISO-defined frequency bands, true peak, crest factor, and standard deviation
